I’m HORRIBLE at stretching after workouts and even before hand but this is something I MUST remember to do when I get back!
Tribe Sports has a new challenge and I encourage you all to take a stab at it. It couldn’t hurt. One, it’s good to stretch the muscles, and two it usually feels good.
