Legs are here!

Jersday. This is the last season of Jersey Shore and the phenomenon that has taken over my life: GTL! Do not judge me for enjoying this show. Do not judge me for loving to watch meatballs drink and dance and party like there is no tomorrow. Just don’t. I also watch Honey Boo Boo and think it’s quite the motivation. I won’t want to end up like Mama June so I get my ass up in the morning and work out. Which is really what this post is about. I just needed to throw in my 2 cents about the tragedy that is the Jersey Shore coming to an end. LEGS! OK, so today was leg day and I really want people to understand my love for front squats! I always love doing legs because – well I have massive legs for my size. Massive in my opinion because I just feel like they are too big for my frame but I love doing legs because they’re massiveness makes them the strongest muscle group I have and I feel strong. Kinda like I should be in weight lifting competitions – but I’m just fooling myself. But anyway – FRONT SQUATS! I am new to front squats and only learned how to properly do them from my crossfit adventures(which I’m going to get back into). Peep the video and see for yourself!

I’ve had a lot more energy than usual and I’m going to attribute that to the change in diet. Juicing is a great and easy way to get fruits and veg incorporated into your diet but you just have to make sure you are diligent with you planning. Prep your meals and you will set yourself up for success! Really…eat better and feel people folks! As I mentioned in my earlier post, I’m heading to Boston tonight! Only wish I could bring my bosu ball with me! 🙂
